Current Electoral Vote Count

Yesterday's L.A. Times poll had Kerry over 50% for the first time.

The Political Wire lists:
Missouri: Bush 48%, Kerry 37%, Nader 5% (Los Angeles Times)
Wisconsin: Bush 44%, Kerry 42%, Nader 4% (Los Angeles Times)
Ohio: Kerry 45%, Bush 42%, Nader 4% (Los Angeles Times)
Kentucky: Bush 52%, Kerry 39%, Other 8% (Survey USA)
New Hampshire: Kerry 46%, Bush 46%, Nader 2% (American Research Group)
Update: Several more polls out today:
Illinois: Kerry 52%, Bush 39%, Other 8% (Survey USA)
Pennsylvania: Kerry 47%, Bush 46%, Other 7% (Survey USA)

The current Electoral Vote is listed as Kerry 307 to Bush 227.

Rassmussen Reports' more conservative call (5pts. necessary for a prediction) call it Kerry 227 to Bush 177 with 134 electoral votes too close to call.

The Hedgehog Report is scoring the electoral college horse-race as Kerry 262 to Bush 276.

The A.P. says McCain turned down Kerry's V.P. offer. A John Kerry / Bruce Springsteen ticket is looking good.
