I'm planning on voting for Angelides and was delighted to see he has a 10 pt. lead in the latest poll.
If the Democratic Primary for California Governor was held today, Phil Angelides would defeat Steve Westly by 10 percentage points, according to a SurveyUSA poll of 417 likely voters conducted for CBS 5 KPIX and several other California television stations. It was released Monday.
According to the poll, conducted roughly a month out from the June 6 primary, Angelides gets 41% of the vote compared to 31% for Westly. The poll results show 17% prefer some other candidate while 11% are undecided.
