Kerry will break veep news by E-mail
WASHINGTON - In a first for a presidential campaign, Sen. John Kerry said yesterday he plans to reveal his running mate by E-mail.
Campaigning in Minnesota, the Democrat from Massachusetts who has raised millions through the Internet said he's decided to break the news by E-mail to supporters who signed up on his Web site.
"They're the people who have been closest to the campaign," he said, but gave no hint when the announcement will come.
